mango mint smoothie
- 2 cups mangoes (peeled and diced very ripe)
- 1 tsp
sugar (sweet you can add)
- 1 cup low-fat
vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup fat
milk (cold)
- 1
sprig fresh mint.
- Method ;
- Place
mangoes and add sugar in blender .cover it .process to make thin smotie
- Add ice
cream and milk ,sprig mint and blend again garnishing with mint sprigs , and
serve chilled .
