Minty Cucumber Crush


 


Ingredients:
1 medium sized cucumber
1 cup fresh mint leaves
4 tsp lemon juice
2 bottles lemonade
dash of salt and pepper
ice cubes
mint sprigs and  cucumber slices for garnishing

Method:
Blend mint leaves and cucumber to puree with little water.
Strain the puree and chill in refrigerator.
At the time of serving add lemon juice and 1/4 tsp each of salt and    pepper.   
Put ice cubes in each glass.
Divide the juice in 4 parts and pour in the glass.
Top each glass with about 1/2 bottle of lemonade.
Garnish with mint sprigs and  cucumber slices.
